Cancellation Policy
1. Standard Cancellation Terms
Each glamping stay listed on Skoglar may have its own cancellation conditions, which are clearly displayed before completing a booking. By confirming a reservation, you agree to the cancellation policy associated with that specific listing.
Cancellation deadlines, refund eligibility, and applicable fees depend on the host’s policy and the timing of the cancellation relative to the check-in date.
2. Guest-Initiated Cancellations
If a guest cancels a booking, the cancellation terms selected by the host will apply. Cancellations made well in advance of the check-in date may be eligible for a full or partial refund, while last-minute cancellations may not be refundable.
Guests are responsible for reviewing the cancellation conditions carefully before booking. Skoglar cannot override host-defined cancellation rules once a booking has been confirmed.
3. Host-Initiated Cancellations
In rare cases where a host needs to cancel a confirmed booking, the guest will be notified immediately. In such situations, Skoglar will assist the guest with a full refund and, where possible, help find an alternative stay.
Skoglar reserves the right to take appropriate action against hosts who repeatedly cancel bookings without valid reasons.
4. Exceptional Circumstances
In the case of extraordinary events such as natural disasters, government travel restrictions, or other circumstances beyond reasonable control, cancellations may be handled on a case-by-case basis. Any exceptions will be evaluated fairly, with the aim of protecting both guests and hosts.
