Everything you need to know before booking a glamping stay with Skoglar. These conditions explain how reservations work, what to expect from hosts, and your responsibilities as a guest, so you can book with confidence and peace of mind.

Booking Conditions

1. General Booking Rules

When you make a reservation through Skoglar, you are entering into a direct booking agreement with the host of the selected glamping stay. Skoglar acts as a platform that connects guests and hosts and facilitates the booking process, communication, and payment. All bookings are subject to availability and confirmation by the host.

By completing a booking, you confirm that the information you provide is accurate, complete, and up to date. You also agree to follow the specific house rules, capacity limits, and conditions set by the host, which are displayed on the listing page before booking.

2. Eligibility and Guest Responsibility

The person making the booking must be at least 18 years old and legally able to enter into a binding agreement. The lead guest is responsible for ensuring that all members of the group comply with the property rules, local regulations, and safety instructions during the stay. Guests should not bring pets unless explicitly allowed by the host.

Guests are expected to treat the accommodation, surrounding nature, and neighboring areas with care and respect. Any damage caused during the stay may result in additional charges, which the host is entitled to request. Guests must comply with all applicable local laws and regulations, including noise restrictions and environmental protection guidelines.

3. Pricing and Payments

All prices are displayed clearly on the listing page and are shown as “from Kč per night,” unless stated otherwise. The total price includes accommodation fees and any mandatory charges defined by the host. Optional extras may be offered during or after booking.

Payments are processed securely through the Skoglar platform. A booking is only confirmed once payment has been successfully completed. Skoglar reserves the right to cancel unpaid or incomplete bookings.

4. Special Requests

Special requests such as late check-in, early check-out, pets, or additional services are not guaranteed unless explicitly confirmed by the host in writing through the platform. Skoglar cannot guarantee the fulfillment of special requests but encourages guests to communicate directly with hosts via the messaging system.
